Target is offering a FREE PAW Patrol Trick-or-Treat Event between 10am-1pm! It looks like there will be trick-or-treating, giveaways, and even an opportunity to watch a featured episode of PAW Patrol!
Kids are invited to come in costume (but I’m sure they don’t have to!).
