While I enjoy putting on makeup – well, maybe not the actual putting on, but I like the end result – I really don’t like taking it off! Random fact: I usually only take 5 minutes on my makeup in the morning! I want it to look nice, but not take significant time out of my day. (Please don’t tell me that you could tell… đ¤Ş). On the flip side, I HATE scrubbing at my face to get my makeup off! It’s the worst! I’d been hearing about makeup remover cloths and finally decided to try some when I found a good deal on Amazon!

Recently I tried these. Always Off Makeup Remover Cloths.
At first I wasn’t sure if I liked them or not. Lately, I’m annoyed if I don’t have one clean to use! They’ve become a great part of my facial care routine!

Although I wash my face with soap twice a day, I hate using other makeup removers on my face. Iâm not sure why – I think because of the additional expense (eye makeup remover + cotton swabs for example), the additional time, and not finding a natural eye-makeup remover I liked. Iâm all for the most natural, least expensive, and least time intensive route when it comes to daily care routines. Before getting these cloths I usually got *most* of the eye makeup off at night and just let it smear a little, and then when I washed my face in the morning I’d get the rest off.
I saw these microfiber makeup remover cloths for the first time a while ago on Amazon. They looked like a fun idea, and useful if they would remove eye makeup without an additional product, but I didnât want to spend $10 unless I knew I was going to use them. Well, one day I noticed this pack of Reusable Microfiber Makeup Remover Cloths for a lot less than $5! I felt like I could spend that for a trial run! I added them to my cart.
I honestly wasnât expecting to really like them. I wasnât sure if they would remove my mascara with just water⌠it seemed too much to ask. However, Iâve had GREAT success with them! I use one to clean off the mascara as good as possible with water, and then when I wash my face the rest just comes off. They do remove my makeup with just water, too, but I still have to use soap because thatâs me đ. My face tends to break out more if I donât wash my face twice a day⌠so I just stick with that.

I am impressed with the pack of cloths I originally got. The 3 pack is almost enough for me. I think a few more would be nice. I throw them in with my regular laundry and usually have a clean one available. I have noticed that the edges are already starting to fray/come apart a little at the seam. So once they need replaced I think I will get the nicer pack to see if theyâll last a little longer. A friend also told me that the MakeUp Eraser cloths have two sides – a softer side and a side meant more for scrubbing. I think thatâs a cool feature! They’re a little more pricey, but she said they’re worth it!
For the rest of my facial routine I use doTERRA Essential Oils and products and really love them! Feel free to ask if youâd like to know what I use. (And yes, I know a lot of oil users use coconut oil to wash their face, but it just didnât work well for me⌠so I use a doTERRA or Neutrogena facial cleanser because thatâs what Iâve found works).
So, there you go! Thatâs a little about my daily facial regimen. Have you tried the Reusable Microfiber Makeup Remover Towels? Tell me how you like them!
